We are currently searching for a District Loss Prevention Manager who is a highly-detailed, operationally-focused, task-oriented, great communicator  with a sense of urgency, meets time scales & who has retail Loss Prevention experience.  The candidate will be store based.  The successful candidate will report to the area Regional Loss Prevention Manager and assist in day to day Loss Prevention operations including, but not exclusively; internal investigations, external investigations, report writing, working in a team environment, all area’s of fraud and detection, audit and various shrinkage prevention programs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

4-5 years experience retail Loss Prevention. Possess good organizational skills. Excellent Communication, Written and Verbal skills. Good computer skills.  Must be Adaptable, have High Standards/Sense of Urgency, & Detail Oriented, flexible, work well with others.Excellent Time Management, prioritization, follow-through, ability to think quickly and effectively.Uphold excellent professional standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Protect company brands from loss of merchandise and cash.Extensive travel required.Conduct LP investigations as assigned by the Regional L.P. Manager.Investigate store incidents including physical and video surveillances.Maintain and conduct store and company policy and procedure audit reports.Assist in new store LP assignments.   Communicate daily with Corporate Departments, as needed.Effective communication regarding Loss Prevention projects as required.Identify company loss causations through audit and exception reports.Assist with Target and Focus store investigations as directed.Conduct physical security (alarms, sensor requests, safes, key control).Assist Region in sensor systems and false alarm issues. Maintain confidential information.Special research projects as requested
