POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Utilize team partnerships to ensure consistency and accountability throughout the market
· Ability to challenge others in a constructive way to ensure all HR company standards are being met and exceeded.
· Regular store visits, interacting with Store, District and Regional level partners in the business.
· Includes all areas of HR: performance assessment, succession planning, employee relations and training.
· Knowledge of payroll administration and guidelines to comply with policies, procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
· Able to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
· Liaison between the Home Office and Field to facilitate implementation and accountability of policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in HR related field PHR/SPHR Certification Travel is 100% throughout the local market, of approximately 10 to 15 stores Ability to leverage partnerships throughout the business. Retail related experience preferred
