Our nationally recognized hospitals and affiliation with Washington University School of Medicine ensures our goal to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. Presently, we seek an Analyst for our Disaster Recovery/Data Center team in St. Louis, Missouri. 

 

This Analyst will function as a Disaster Recover Documentation Analyst for IT and Data Center Functions.  This position will ensure documentation for disaster recovery is properly maintained and updated in the disaster recovery planning software, Strohl’s LDRPS, including writing disaster recovery plans, the creating and or building of dictionaries and navigators within the application. 

 

Our Ideal Candidate will Exhibit:

-        Strohl’s LDRPS software version 10 experience including

o        Creating and Building Dictionaries and Navigators

o        Customizing Reports

-        Knowledge and understanding of current disaster recovery plan techniques and technologies

-        Experience planning, organizing and assisting in the coordinating of recovery plans

-        Knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

-        Strong written and verbal communication skills

-        Ability to communicate with staff at all levels

-        Ability to provide 24/7 coverage as a level of triage for area of responsibility

 

The following skills will further differentiate the candidate from the above group:

-        Experience with OS/390 Mainframe systems, MVS/JES2 commands, TSO, JCL, Data Replication, CA-7, tape silo’s and knowledge of virtual tapes systems

-        Knowledge of or experience with REXX, Easytrieve programming languages
