Liberty Mutuals Group Market is hiring for its entry-level Claims Case Manager Trainee role. The Case Manager Trainee position begins with participation in a 4-6 week training program where the principles of managing disability claims are learned. After participating in the training program, on-the-job training begins where individuals start to apply the skills learned in training to actual claims management with the guidance of a mentor.

This position offers:
~ An opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities needed to conduct investigations
~ Learn to make liability determinations
~ Understand how to manage group disability claims.
Through the training program and on-the-job training, you will learn how to apply the appropriate contractual provisions, legal guidelines, case management resources and claim procedures, concepts, principles, and protocols to risk manage claims. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 0-1 year of related business experience. Demonstrated decision making, communication, organizational, problem solving, and computer skills required. Excellent writing, customer service, and interpersonal skills necessary. Knowledge of insurance, medical terminology, and case management in same or similar discipline preferred.
