Key program finance leadership position, reporting directly to the Vice President, Program Finance and FP&A, is currently available within BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services line of business. The successful candidate for this Director of Program Finance position will assume responsibility for all financial affairs associated with the planning and execution of government contracts in our Navy Program Area. This position will lead and manage a team of approximately 50 individuals to successfully deliver financial support and program control services to over 130 projects and programs and will function as the financial advisor to the Director, Navy Programs operating in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The responsibilities of this position include: ? Leading, managing and mentoring 7 Business Managers directly supporting individual Program Offices ? Participation in executive-level long-term strategic planning ? Advising senior program management on financial matters ? Recommending and implementing optimal program control practices to ensure the highest level of program financial performance ? Reviewing program/project financial performance and projections and interfacing with the financial accounting department to ensure proper revenue and profit recognition ? Preparing and monitoring indirect budgets for the Navy Program Finance Department ? Developing the five-year business plan for all programs in our Navy Program Area ? Directing and coordinating the preparation of program-level budgets, forecasts and projections ? Identify, and support in the development of, critical financial analyses and reports necessary to maintain the highest levels of program control and program financial performance ? Ensuring all Company policies, processes and procedures are fully implemented and strictly followed ? Performing a wide variety of high-level, complex financial/business analyses, such as evaluation of proposals, acquisitions and assessment of industry trends ? Other duties as required

Must have the following:

B.S., Accounting, Business, or similar discipline + 8 years related experience or M.S., Accounting, Business, or similar discipline + 6 years related experience Prior experience with government contracts Excellent interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Supervisory experience

Preferences

Working knowledge of Cognos Query Studio Experience working with Deltek Costpoint Working knowledge of EVM techniques Supervisory experience of a team of 20 or more persons
