The Director of Real Estate will be part of the team to facilitate system solutions and support Asset Management's on-going efforts. We are seeking people who will be an advocate of technology and promote its use with the Front Office.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining schedules, task, defect and issues lists, leading meetings to discuss all aspects of the projects and systems This role will be active in efforts to ensure a high level of data quality which will include data analysis, creation of scrubbing and augmentation rules and data quality reporting.

Experience and knowledge of the following is required: Commercial real estate, property management systems, acquisition systems, RE analytics and portfolio management, decision support and client reporting.

Candidates with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset tempered by the practicality of knowing what it takes to get things done in a large organization and the ability to define and implement incremental deliverables that provide immediate value will be highly prized. This position requires an individual who can understand the vision and can get it done.

Required Qualifications:

Overall:

A minimum of 10 years experience in a Director type role with a large Real Estate company.Hands on knowledge of systems used in commercial real estate industry for property management, accounting, acquisition, e.g., Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, CTI, Resolve, RE analytics and portfolio management, decision support and client reporting.- B.S. or B.A. in Business, Economics, Math, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline from an accredited school. M.B.A. or M.S. degree in Business, Economics, Math, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline is a plus. Strong written and oral skills.Must be a US Citizen or possess a Green Card.Must be experienced with: MS Office Suite.
