About the Position:
We are searching for a Director of Survey / Forum Leader to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate has 5+ years of land survey operations experience in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Land Survey or Civil Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Must have established client and business development skills and leadership abilities. PLS experience is also a must.

Direct Accountabilities:

1. Deliver Company short term and mid term business objectives
2. Support the company strategic plan
3. Business Development; identify opportunities, develop relationships, sell and close discipline specific projects.
4. Serve as the firm wide survey technical leader for the company
5. Establish and maintain QA/QC process and procedures for survey projects
6. Develop and maintain survey processes, both in integration with engineering processes and stand alone survey projects
7. Manage survey capital budget
8. Participate and provide input in the hiring of Survey Managers

Stewardship:

1. Integrate with corporate systems such as Finance, IT, Legal, HR and Administration
2. Implement standard and core processes within the survey groups and within the company
3. Input into annual planning budgeting process
4. Establish training priorities for survey
5. Provide PIC review on all survey projects over $250K as requested by RMD’s
6. Assist in project delivery
 
Location:
This position is based in beautiful Centennial, CO.
