B.E. Smith would like to inform you of an outstanding opportunity for an operating room leader within a client hospital in West Virginia. An excellent salary, commensurate with background and experience, is available.

POSITION

· Reports to the chief nursing officer and oversees approximately 65 FTEs

· Directs a seven-suite operating room, 12-bed PACU, as well as central sterile, performing approximately 6,500 cases on an annual basis, and is responsible for program development and evaluation, personnel management, budgeting, planning, and marketing

· Qualified Candidates will be nurses who have excellent clinical knowledge, delegation skills, leadership ability, who are effective communicators with a visionary outlook.

Hospital

· A 200-bed, Joint Commission accredited hospital that is a member of a larger national health system

· Hospital services include oncology, cardiology, emergency medicine, Level II NICU, women’s health, rehabilitation, pediatrics, a Level III trauma designation, and numerous others

· Serves the community and surrounding areas with high quality, well respected, comprehensive care

COMMUNITY

· Located in the southwestern portion of West Virginia with a population of approximately 18,000
