Job Duties:
Strategic growth of larger relationships (including segmenting members and prospects); offer exceptional member benefits (grow corporate sponsorships and affinity revenues)Deliver a refreshed and compelling “must join” value proposition to all members through exceptional communications (internal and external), resulting in increased member involvement and clearer ROI (time and money).Accelerate critical mass
Increase influential industry “voice” for Utah’s Knowledge Economy through effective Government Relations and member involvement to improve the business environment (e.g., proactively work with the state’s decision makers including Governor, legislature, and industry; grow involvement of Public Policy Forum).Report directly to CEO and work closely with Executive Director and Director of Membership Services to expand capacity.
Desired Experience:
Proven executive track record is a must to further scale strong growth for this non-profit. Including ability to work closely and across functions with the high performance team already in place.Excellent relevant experience required with related advanced degree MBA preferred) including minimum 15 years applicable work experience in successful sales/marketing management, communications, and government relations to expand strategic capacity.
