Director of Sales
Responsible for organizing, motivating and leading various sales teams including both inside and new sales efforts.  Responsible for the combined performance of the team as well as the individual performance of team members.  We are targeting the following combination of skills: 10+ years of software or related technical sales experience, experience managing staff directly and through mid management, professional stature, high energy and ability to travel nationally on a regular basis. Ideal candidates will have experience working in or with local government or the public sector. Positions are full-time with a compensation plan including a base salary with an incentive bonus.
