JOB DESCRIPTION:
Director of Rehab Services
The right person will:
· Manage the daily operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, Speech Therapy, the Home Health Rehab Staff, the hospital Hospice Rehab Staff and other hospital approved agreements
· Ensure that all staff members provide quality patient care
· Provide PT services as needed to support staffing

QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS in Physical Therapy minimum
· Masters or Doctorate preferred
· Minimum 5 years experience as a PT
· Minimum 3 years experience in rehab services environment as a team leader or manager
· Current North Carolina PT license
· APTA Certified Clinical Instructor
