DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING

to work out of our corporate headquarters in BATON ROUGE, LA.

Description:

Primary responsibility is to direct and continually improve the organization’s ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. Continuously strives to decrease the amount of time to fill open positions, improve the quality of hires and improve cost effectiveness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum five (3) - five (5) years experience as a Recruiter or senior level Staffing Coordinator in a health care environment preferred.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

5. Ability to use computers and generate various reports, spreadsheets and other documents utilizing various software packages and systems.

6. Ability to set priorities and forecast needs.

7. Strong research and analytical skills.

8. Demonstrates strong ability to make decisions and judgments; attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken.
