Focuses on banking / brokerage professionals. Focuses on operations and specifically the payments industry. Proven track record of accomplishment in an environment of rapid growth and change. Background in end-to-end business ownership including developing leaders and associates, managing technology, assuring control and reconciliation, and knowing and complying with a myriad of industry laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Leads a complex and high-risk area that includes Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, and Cash Control/AML. Responsibilities include these functions for the US, Canada, and the UK. Responsible for day-to-day operations, setting direction and strategy, managing growth, and assuring year over year improvements in area performance. Direct responsibility for three department leaders and overall responsibility for approximately 60-70 associates. Business-owner responsibility for 10+ systems; this responsibility includes day-to-day production, control, and reconciliation, as well as providing an ongoing technology vision and migration plan.

Requirements
Eight or more years in banking or brokerage operations is required. Demonstrated track record of developing leaders and associates. College degree with a concentration in business, accounting or finance preferred. Advanced degree or CPA a plus. Series 7 and 63 required within 12 months of start date. Payment systems knowledge (checks and ACH) is essential. A basic understanding of payment system and AML laws and regulations is expected. Experience in technology management, fraud prevention, and project management are all plusses.
