My client is a 150+ bed long term care building situated west of Baltimore. Led by an energetic, ambitious management team, this facility is part of a healthcare system with a history of good surveys, strong census and financial stability.

Requirements:

·                    Maryland-licensed RN

·                    Master’s preferred but not required

·                    Minimum 5 years long term care experience

Job Description:

·                    Oversight of day to day nursing care of 150+ nursing home residents

·                    Management and training of all nursing personnel, including R.N.s, L.P.N.s, and Certified Nurse's Aides

·                    Management, data collection, and analysis of quality assurance information

·                    Creation and implementation of Nursing policies and procedures

·                    Management, rounds, and implementation of plan of care for wounds for all residents

·                    Supervision of staff development department

·                    Acting Administrator, in the absence of the Administrator
