Job Description:
Are you ready to step up into a Directorship role?  My client is looking for a strong leader to join their team as a Director of Nursing.  I am looking for someone who wants to work in a wonderful 23-bed sub acute / transitional care unit for an outstanding hospital in Western, MA.  This is a fantastic opportunity to see your hard work pay off by preparing these patients to go home and be independent while also overseeing & mentoring the nursing staff to grow.  This position offers excellent compensation and a normal schedule of M-F days with NO ON CALL!  

Job Requirements:
Minimum of a BSN degree, MSN preferred.  Minimum of 3 years related experience as a ADON  in a rehab, long term care facility or nursing home required.
