The Opportunities
DIRECTOR OF NURSING
The Director of Nursing Services is responsible for the delivery of clinical services, including quality assurance, monitoring of staff, coordinating nursing services with other facility services, staff development, admissions, and most importantly, providing quality, compassionate care to our Patients.

Requirements
This Director of Nursing Services must be a Registered Nurse and team player with long-term care clinical supervisory experience. Demonstrated abilities in problem solving, clinical leadership and regulatory process are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Director of Nursing Services or Unit Supervisor to step into the lead clinical role.

The Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Previous management experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
