Come lead our Team!  Harborside Healthcare-The Elms, a 52 bed skilled nursing facility, in Milford, New Hampshire has an opportunity for a Director of Nursing Services (DON).  Our quaint center has a great survey history.  We are fully staffed & have no agency usage!  Our therapy staff is in house.

Job description: The Director of Nursing Services will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long-term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Requirements
*Must be a New Hampshire licensed Registered Nurse.
*Minimum of two (2) years management experience in a skilled nursing facility.
*Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing skilled nursing facilities.

This position reports directly to the Administrator and supervises the Assistant Director of Nursing.
