XPE Incorporated is a recruitment firm servicing the healthcare industry.  Our client, a distinguished private free-standing skilled nursing facility in California’s Central Valley has engaged our firm to identify a DIRECTOR OF NURSING. 

 

Position Summary:

 

Reporting to the Administrator, this position has overall nursing leadership and clinical accountability for this large, free-standing, skilled nursing facility.  Responsibilities include oversight of clinical operations, operational management support, planning, training/development, fiscal management and quality management for clinical services. The Director of Nursing is also accountable for ensuring clinical operations are in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, as well as facility established policies and procedures, to assure the physical, emotional, social and medical therapeutic needs of each person served. 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years current experience in skilled nursing leadership role BSN – MSN preferred Current RN license in good standingDemonstrated knowledge of regulatory guidelines and environment related to skilled nursing
