Vestcom International, the industry’s leading provider of shelf marketing solutions to major retail corporations seeks a Director of Marketing. This is a new position that will serve as an integral part of the company’s management team.

Responsibilities include:

·         Implementing a comprehensive PR and marketing effort.

·         Developing company marketing materials and sales collateral.

·         Leading the marketing activities of the organization by creating a greater awareness for the company/brand and its capabilities. Attending trade shows and writing articles as needed.

·         Assisting the sales force in developing customer tools and presentations which reflect a complete understanding of the retail environment and CPG environment.

·         Managing the research activities to keep the company at the forefront of trend and information affecting retail, in-store marketing, shopping habits, competitive analysis and industry related events.

·         Managing the on-going evolution of complete brand/corporate identify package, including the corporate website.

Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 10 years marketing experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

·         Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

·         Ability to work independently and resolve challenges quickly

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Strong high level interpersonal skills

·         Proven ability to effectively lead geographically dispersed teams

·         Promotion, brand, retail marketing services, and agency experience preferred

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·         Strong research skills a must
