We are currently seeking a Director of Maintenance at our long term care/ skilled nursing facility located in the Fort Collins, CO area. This position can be either full time or part time with a potential for a $500 sign on bonus (for full time).

* Knowledge of OSHA Guidelines, skilled nursing facility regulations, life safety codes, and fire safety.
