A Forbes 200 Best Small Company in America for eight consecutive years is seeking a Director of Loss Prevention.  Qualified candidate must have five years verifiable history in transportation loss prevention.  Ability to pass extensive criminal background check and drug screen.  Flexible travel ability due to our national network.  Needs to be able to operate a national loss prevention program for the entire network.  This includes trending losses, investigations, terminal security audits, monitoring of a national observation center in Miami, Florida (CCTV system monitoring all terminals), represent company in court, as well as managing a menial staff.  Retail customers require random tailing and monitoring of drivers either by Director or field representatives that will report to Director.  Bilingual ability a plus.
