Position is located in our Oregon City clinic and has responsibility for QA standard at our five clinics in the Portland Metro Area. As the Lab Dir you must have a min 5 yrs direct bench experience working in moderate-complexity labs.

Must have 3-5 year exp directly and indirectly supervising 14+ MT/MLTs and lab techs in multiple locations, ensuring high degree of accuracy and quality. Requires BS, MT with ASCP, AMT, or CLS certification. Must be competent and proficient with computers and windows software. Must be able to troubleshoot lab equipment and perform QAs as needed. Will need to be skilled at mentoring and developing staff. Requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
