Together we are searching for a Director of Food and Nutrition Services to lead the loyal team to daily success.  You will be responsible for the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services, ensuring client satisfaction and customer service with cost effective management while meeting and exceeding stated expectations.  You will also be responsible for all foodservice-related activities; including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control and hospital-related activities.

We prefer that you have a B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field. A minimum of two  to four years of hospital or adult home/care experience and direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control is necessary for continued success.   A strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation will contribute to the great reputation witin the hospital and throughout the community.
