Description

 

Supervises Finance Department. Facilitates and approves all financial and workload forecasts. Monitors monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with actual results and reports on variances during each interval to the Project Director. Prepares budgets and ensures compliance. Performs internal monitoring of financial processes and coordinates all external financial audits. Ability to interpret and manage contractual agreements. Knowledge of Wage and Hour law as well as insurance premium accounting. Develops and maintains effective communication with the State, project management staff, and subcontractors.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Seven years experience in Finance/Accounting, with two years + in public accounting or government accounting experience. Computer literacy, including strong Excel skills and database management programs. CPA or MBA preferred. Healthcare administration experience is highly desirable.
