Two of our non-profit clients are seeking a Director of Finance. Both positions report directly to the Director/President. Minimum 5 years in a non-profit organization including 2+ years as a non-profit Accounting Manager role or higher. CPA preferred but not required.

Boston based organization's role is part-time. 24 hours per week may be worked in 3, 4 or 5 days; the organization is flexible. Manages one accountant and is responsible for all accounting and finance including point-person with the independent auditors. Compensation range is upper $50's to low/mid $60s per year.

Second client is located outside of Boston and this role is full-time. Manages a small accounting department, reports to the President and is responsible for all accounting and finance including point-person with the independent auditors. Compensation is competetive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
