Job Description:

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Industry: Manufacturing industry
Sulphur/Lake Charles, Louisiana (southwest corner of Louisiana, near the Texas border)*
Full time position with benefits

*Relocation assistance available

**Annual compensation package of $85,000 to $100,000, plus up to 30% Annual Bonus potential.

Seeking to fill a newly created position of Director of Finance in our rapidly growing, fast-paced manufacturing company located in the Sulphur/Lake Charles, LA area (southwest corner of Louisiana). Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, an Active CPA license, 3 yrs minimum public accounting experience and 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment, to manage our annual revenues of $50 million. Requirements:
• Active CPA license
• 3 yrs Minimum public accounting experience
• 5+ yrs accounting/finance experience in manufacturing industries
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, intercompany transactions
• Working knowledge of accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and MBA preferred

Preferred skills:
• Experience managing mid-size ($50M) company accounting department.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
• Will report directly to CEO and CFO.
• Management of a mid-size ($50M) manufacturing company's finance/accounting department
