Facilities Management Director of Finance and Administration The department of Facilities Management at Columbia University Medical Center is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration.Reporting to, and working closely with the Executive Director for Finance and Administration, the Director will be responsible for management of budget related processes and assist in the enhancement of the current financial reporting system. Key responsibilities include development of budgets; evaluation of management units financial performance; development of financial models to assess strategic initiatives; data collection, analysis and preparation of financial reports. Development and implementation of long range strategic plans; manage the business functions of the central administrative units, including purchasing, and accounts payable activities.Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus at least five years of related experience. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skill are required.
