The Director of Finance will be responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems ensuring compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.

The Director of Finance also oversees Corporate Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, and the supervision of staff directly responsible for those processes.

Additional responsibilities include managing the financial reporting process of the Company, including the financial statements and reports of operations, and comprehensive financial planning and analysis.

The Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the accounting processes and compliance with standardized accounting policies and procedures. This position will also evaluate current processes and identify and oversee implementation of improvements.

In addition, the Director of Finance will be responsible for managing multiple projects as well as various ad-hoc requests.

Overall, this executive will provide financial and accounting support to the Company’s senior management.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred Minimum of 12 years accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years serving as an accounting manager/controller; public accounting experience with a combination of industry experience a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated management skillsStrong organizational skills Strong analytical and technical accounting skills required Submitting a resume online at a job site could cause valuable screening information to be missed.
