KHS USA, a global leader in beverage filling and packaging, has a career opportunity for an experienced Director of Field Service at our Waukesha, WI plant.

 

The Director of Field Service leads a team of remote Service Technicians and in house technical support personnel  to install and service all KHS machines for US and Canada.   The Director has responsibility for Service for KHS’ leading edge filling, capping, pouching, shrink packing and process equipment at two plants, Wisconsin and Florida.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

 

Develops and implements overall KHS USA customer service strategy and goals to maximize customer satisfaction

 

Directs and monitors service teams with emphasis on quality, profitability and efficient utilization of resources

 

Collaborates across internal and international boundaries with professional colleagues including engineering, sales, spare parts and others to identify and meet customer needs

 

Oversees training programs and directs a team of highly skilled, professional technicians

Requirements

The ability to define and promote a strategic customer service philosophy across KHS USA service groups to correspond to KHS Global objectives with:

Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships; Technical competence in electro mechanical equipment and custom applications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; at least 8 years experience in a service role in the beverage, food or pharmaceutical industries;  at least 8 years of management experience across multiple locations

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
