·        You must have significant hands on experience with building codes and Safety standards

·        You must be a problem-solver and a strong trouble-shooter

·        You must be professional and present a strong leadership image.

·        You must have a stable and documented work history.

·        8 years experience managing employees the provide diverse facilities/engineering  support

·        Travel up to 50% to the companies Facilities through out the US

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  This Company is#1 in the direct to consumer industry. The company is looking for a candidate to lead the facilities and safety programs. Drive the adoption of Lean in facilities practices and also drive metrics. Handle and lead the preventative maintenance programs through out all the facilities.  Develop world class training programs for all maintenance employees.
