One of our top clients located in the Cincinnati region, an established, innovative and rapidly expanding Agricultural Manufacturing Organization, is actively seeking a“hands-on” DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING.  Reporting to the SVP of Operations & Engineering, this is an outstanding opportunity for an individual seeking stability and growth into a VP role within a leading Greater Cincinnati corporation that values hard work and integrity.  In addition to these benefits, our client also offers you a great culture, support system and a fantastic salary!

 

 

TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

 

BS in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10+ years of plant engineering experience within a bulk product conveyance and processing manufacturing environment

 

At least 5+ years of successful management/leadership experience within engineering groups

 

Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills and a strong work ethic are required
