The Company also authors more than 200 print and software titles on test preparation, college and graduate school selection and admissions, and related topics. Responsible for selling Supplemental Educational Services to principals, parents, and students, and overseeing all phases from start-up to full implementation of TPR tutorial programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1.Ensure program quality and effective curriculum delivery
2.Responsible for site acquisitions and staffing programs
3. Manage relationships with, and serve as primary contact for principals, teachers and parents
4.Responsible for student registration and boosting enrollment
5. Hire, supervise and schedule instructional staff
6.Maintain relationship with individual schools and troubleshoot when necessary
7.Maintain the accuracy of school records including student attendance and facility agreements
8.Disseminate, verify and collect documents such as attendance reports, time sheets, curriculum, student assessments and learning plans
9. Determine the material needs of the school by conducting and maintaining inventory of supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
2.Prior experience in K-12 industry preferred
3.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4.Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills and attention to detail
