Job Details:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years ofexperience, either professional or voluntary, raising funds for a non-profitorganization; proven experience in the design and management of developmentprograms; a track record of developing and maintaining productive workingrelationships with board members, volunteers, staff and donors; excellentverbal and written communication skills; familiarity with corporate,foundation, and government fund-raising resources; the ability to give and takedirection and the ability to listen. This position will oversee the fundraising programs for both Miles and St.Andrews hospitals.
