Company Description

We are a private restaurant organization currently operating in three markets throughout the Southwest in Arizona, Colorado and now Texas. Fox Restaurant Concepts own and operate 11 concepts for a total of 24 restaurants.  While we are rapidly growing, we do not consider ourselves a “chain” in the conventional sense. Rather, FRC is a boutique, independent restaurant group. Our goal is to grow as a restaurant group by adding structure and standards, while maintaining the individual personality of each unique concept and restaurant.

Position Description:  Director of Culinary (Based in Tucson)

This position encompasses both creative and analytical responsibilities, bringing Fox Restaurant Concepts’ positioning to life through innovative and rigorously tested food. Required skills include: highly developed culinary creativity; a strong grasp of operational capabilities; financial acumen; extensive network of vendor/supplier - R&D relationships; and a comfort-level with our consumer-driven process.

Key Responsibilities: New Menu Development; Operations Handoff; Special Projects; and Executive Chef Development.  The Director of Culinary will partner with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Operation Directors and will demonstrate culinary innovation in planning, executing and driving both formal and informal brainstorming sessions that designed to deliver the conceptual needs of the business.
