Qualifications:

...The passion,drive and energy to succeed is a must
...Should be very personable, well organized, well groomed, as well  
   as very proficient on all aspects of the computer to include
   Windows, Company Approved Spreadsheets and Word Processing
...2-4 Years of Sales Experience, preferably in the Catering and
   Hospitality Industry.
...Possess a high degree of professionalism along with outstanding
   interpersonal customer service and communication skills
...Must have an established client list in the Downtown Chicago
   business community as well as being able to develop new clients
   on an ongoing basis
...Understands the business enviornment and  be able to develop
   strategies to capitalize on opportunities to ensure long term
   market growth
...Should possess unique and creative marketing skills as well as 
   maintain the Catering & Marketing plan of Salad Creations
...Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients
   and maximize revenue potential
