Description: DIRECTOR OF CAREER SERVICES ANDOVER COLLEGE PORTLAND AND LEWISTON, MAINE If you are ready to apply your leadership skills to direct and coordinate our Career Services Department, then our Director of Career Services opportunity could be the job for you. Andover College is dedicated to offering quality programs and career training in the high-demand fields of the travel & hospitality management, early childhood education, medical assisting, and paralegal industries. We are equally committed to finding our graduates great employment opportunities. You will cultivate employer contacts in our community for job opportunities and provide guidance and assistance in helping a diverse population of students obtain employment. You will also organize career fairs and oversee career development courses and help teach a Professional Development course. Additionally, you will fill job opening from employers - sending resumes, assisting in scheduling interviews and complete the follow up contacts. Your success will be reflected by developing job leads with new companies while maintaining excellent relations with current clients. You will report directly to the Executive Director and be a part of our management team. You will need the flexibility to work occasionally in the evening.
