Description: Director of Career Services

Seeking qualified applicants for Dir of Career Services (f-time, exempt, report to Campus Pres/Exec Dir).

Minimum responsibilities:
- Carry out Co. mission
- Hire & train dept. staff
- Assist students & graduates w/ job search
- Develop & maintain relationships w/ employers
- Fill job orders from employers - send resumes, assist in scheduling interviews & follow up
- Organize career fairs on campus
- Oversee Career Development course
- Complete required reports
- Ensure compliance w/ Co. & regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation for all grads & track placement outcomes
- Assist w/ externship program
- Cultivate relationships w/ campus personnel
- Some evening hrs as needed Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in Career Servs preferred or employment in staffing agency; recruiting; government sponsorship agency; or marketing/sales
- Demonstrable management skills
- Excellent communication proficiency
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task & meet deadlines
- Detail oriented & problem solver
- Exceptional social interaction skills
- Computer knowledge
