Our firm has been engaged by a flagship hospital in one of the most desirable suburbs of Chicago to locate them a new operational leader for their rapidly expanding cardiovascular services department.

 

They are the largest fully integrated not-for-profit health care delivery system in metropolitan Chicago and is recognized as one of the top 10 systems in the country.

 

Boasting eight hospitals with 3,500 beds and a home health care company among its more than 200 sites of care, making it one of Chicagoland's 10 largest employers and the fourth largest in the private sector.

 

The position is based in a 300 bed TEACHING hospital that is also one of the top-rated facilities in the State of Illinois.

 

The Director will report directly to the CEO and will be the point person for their rapidly expanding cardiovascular services. Their soon to be approved CON will allow them to add new services and a brand new patient tower and keep the new Director busy and challenged. The position will be responsible for all clinical and administrative functions of the department, including new program development.
