We are seeking a full-time Nursing Administration Director to work at the Regional Medical Center located in Vineland, NJ. You will be heavily involved in the Magnet process.

Requirements:
• PhD or Doctor in Nursing Science, DNS
• Must have knowledge of Magnet process and experience in nursing research
• Experience in managing nursing quality initiatives
