CITY: Burbank STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): The Director, NBC Entertainment, Creative Partnerships and Innovation, both responds to requests from advertisers and distribution partners for marketing programs and seeks partners for consumer marketing tactics as needed, combining goals whenever possible. The positions works within the scope of the CP&I group and in close partnership with the east coast primetime sales marketing team. Serving as the west coast point of contact with all other departments key to project success, the position ensures communication and collaboration are maximized between all appropriate groups. Develop and manage projects with strategically selected external partners, maximizing revenue and extending marketing efforts outside NBC Universal platforms, in keeping with brand strategies Ensure strong collaboration with NBC sales, branded entertainment and sales marketing, serving the advertiser relationship and NBC account strategies Support 360 and enterprise selling goals through creation of multiple platform campaigns and strategic internal synergies when effective, expanding impact of projects to multiple divisions while maximizing efficiencies and collaboration Establish positive and effective relationships with show runners, producers, and studio marketing executives, working in tandem with executives. Establish positive and effective relationships and processes with promotion, production and media teams ensuring in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of brand strategies and consumer promotion tactics and support for strategic partnership projects. Establish positive and effective relationships and processes with NBC.com content team and other content platforms ensuring in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of strategies and offerings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programming schedule and production plans, identifying organic opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships and marketing tactics. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field At least 5 years experience in entertainment industry marketing Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered (note job#: 825812). Fast-moving, confident individual with exceptional people and written/oral communication skills, able to successfully work with executives at all levels in both the sales and creative communities.
