Job Description:
The Director, Human Resources reports to the Chief Financial Officer, leads and supports the full range of human resource activities including the development and administration of benefits programs, compensation structures, compliance and reporting functions, organizational structure and development, performance management and organization feedback, training and professional development, employee relations and culture building and employee recruitment and retention. The position is also responsible for directing all of the people functions of the Association in accordance with the policies and practices of the Association, the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. Additionally, the candidate will also be involved in strategic business development of opportunities in the education segment of the Association.
The ideal candidate is an HR generalist with an MBA and at least 5+ years business experience in human resources with demonstrated expertise in staffing, change management, leadership, organizational development and training and solid business experience and skills to assist in the development of the education segment. Also has sound PC skills working with Microsoft Office and other HR-related applications.
