This position reports directly to the Vice President of Default Management and is critical to Ocwen’s aggressive growth strategy. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the foreclosure claims processing business to include all non-attorney required work product related to residential foreclosures and bankruptcies. Responsibilities will include:
•Develop and manage the foreclosure claims outsourcing business unit – including defining processes, technology, and sales initiatives
•Maintain responsibility for the creation and performance of all non-lawyer related work related to residential foreclosures and bankruptcies on behalf of our attorney network
•Work closely with business development staff to identify potential markets, product enhancements and cross selling opportunities.
•Manage the global operations team including the oversight of production operations, compilation of performance and operational reporting, cross department coordination, facilitating product and efficiency gains and developing the business unit’s strategic plan
•Develop sales strategies for foreclosure claims management opportunities
•Work with Executive Management in developing the title platform by providing constructive feedback with respect to systems requirements, personnel and staffing
Key Result Areas:
•Develop knowledge base of all non-lawyer related foreclosure requirements
•Design training materials for India based staff to successfully complete assigned tasks
•Develop relationships with attorneys throughout the U.S. and sell them on our outsourcing solution
•Meet budget revenue and contribution targets as directed by senior management
Experience:
The position requires a minimum of seven plus years of default management experience with a strong track record of success. The candidate must have the ability to utilize market knowledge to identify potential opportunities and negotiate transactions that compliment the company’s strategic plan. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to gain credibility with business partners. Excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on sophisticated business analysis and modeling desired. A four-year degree from an accredited university is required and a MBA is preferred.
