The Executive Director of Marketing has announced the available position of Marketing Analysis Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a 60 million dollar budget along with a 200 million dollar revenue budget.  This position is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic Marketing team for a great company.


This position directs planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support customer acquisition, customer retention, and business checks marketing strategies by providing business modeling and projections, budgets and forecasts, analytic outputs and recommendations, and partnering to meet business needs. 

* Develops and maintains Marketing Analysis staff by selecting, directing, developing,
evaluating, and coaching staff.
* Directs analysis activities to support marketing strategies by establishing return on investment and hurdle rate requirements; evaluating spending against requirements; making recommendations to invest or disinvest in programs to maximize return on investment; incorporating new information and financial methodologies; supporting promotion, offer, pricing, and product ideas and tests with analysis and recommendations; performing analysis on reorder and retention patterns and trends; and making recommendations to improve retention. Supports key marketing and business initiatives by performing analysis and presenting findings and business recommendations, and supporting recurring and ad hoc initiatives and projects.
* Provides accurate business projections by directing and performing marketing forecasting
to support long-term, annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc forecasting requirements
and delivering forecast outputs and analysis used in executing key business strategies.
* Analyzes and communicates key business results by providing variance explanations and identifying key drivers; producing, distributing, and presenting business reports; and evaluating and changing reporting to support business decisions.
* Leads marketing expense accounting and reporting activities by meeting Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements; preparing monthly journal entries; creating, maintaining, and using accurate deferral curves; and preparing reports providing
insight into marketing spending.
* Ensures marketing spending remains within budget by continually monitoring spending
and explaining variances between actual and projected marketing spending. Drug screen and background check required. EOE/M/F/D/V.
