Warner Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director, Creative Services Digital Distribution for the Marketing/Creative Services department in Burbank CA.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and direct all trade and consumer advertising for Digital Distribution based on agreed marketing strategies for all product lines in all media, including single title, multi-title, format campaigns and customer customized materials. Direct outside vendors in the creative development of all trade and consumer materials for Digital Distribution.Negotiate fees, rights and clearances with outside vendors. Direct creative development and supervise production and delivery of trailers and TV spots, including on-air A/V customized by client. Direct the creative development of digital storefronts and flow of assets customized to meet customer specifications. Develop third party relationships with key customers to assist, consult and recommend creative solutions that improve workflow, sales efficiency and reduce costs. Establish international workflow, including overseas vendor relationships, to facilitate asset management and creative best practices for Digital Distribution. Monitor budgets, issue purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.Develop Home Entertainment divisional relationships with Video Creative Services, Marketing, Legal, International, talent, promotional partners, third-party licensees to streamline all projects and facilitate the adoption of Digital Distribution. Provide weekly status updates to VP and SVPs.Drive innovative solutions in Digital Distribution and communicate needs and breakthroughs throughout organization.Position Requirments:
BA/BS Degree preferred in graphic design or related field. Minimum five years experience in the area of creative design/marketing required. Entertainment industry preferred. Significant with new media creative and theory. Strong creative direction and knowledge of marketing and advertising related to product management and strategic planning.Ability to apply project management and design skills to marketing and promotion of video titles. Ability to manage various simultaneous projects and meet deadlines. Ability to prepare reports and project plans.Ability to communicate with vendors, Warner Bros. employees and management, and key talent. Ability to solve complex business problems with a variety of people. Calm disposition and positive attitude.
