This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. The individual who fills the position will directly assist the General Counsel in providing legal advice to HealthSouth and its executive management, with a focus on corporate and securities legal matters. Requirements: 1. J.D. degree from accredited law school. 2. Licensure to practice law in at least one state. 3. At least seven years experience practicing Corporate or Securities Law 4. Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
