The Director, Brand Development- Sears- Kenmore is accountable for managing brands to maximize the long-term value and equity of the brand as a corporate asset. Accountable for all strategic marketing levers, including brand targeting and positioning, brand direction and strategy, channel management, brand and advertising programs relating to the brand. Direct all aspects of brand application and execution to ensure that they are consistent with the brand essence and positioning. Teach and coach brand vision and marketing practices to all levels of Sears along with external audiences.
