SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for Sales Representatives to call on businesses in need of signage to grow their business.  This is a commission-only plus bonus opportunity.  You will earn a 15% to 20% commission (the average earning ranges from $540.00 to $720.00 per sale) with the opportunity to earn thousands of dollars more in monthly bonus money.  It is common for our sales representatives to make between $1,500 and $3,000 per week.  If you are a self-managed sales professional, this is THE opportunity for you. 

 

We have a complete, proven training program and your commission is paid immediately after you make the sale.  In addition, we are an ESOP, or employee owned company.  You can be part of our retirement plan and build that nest egg for your retirement years.  Health insurance is available.

 

Our Sales Representatives generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach to independent retail business owners through our unique selling process that generates sales in a variety of ways, ranging from direct calls and referrals to appointments and leads. You will achieve your financial goals by utilizing the strong prospecting and closing skills you’ve learned over time.

 

This position is a stepping stone to our management positions.  We promote our management from within.  If you are interested in advancement within the company, the opportunity is available.

 

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:

At least one year of outside, direct sales experience with a track record of closing salesStrong prospecting and closing skillsThe ability to work independently since you will be responsible for your daily schedule and routine (we train you for the best results)

·    The ability to work on a commission-only and bonus basis

(with the understanding that this truly does bring unlimited earning potential to you – as long as you are willing to do the work and follow the program)
