Overview:
The Direct Marketing Specialist will execute on current global Direct Marketing plans and provide strategic input in improving the effectiveness of direct marketing programs aimed at generating new prospect leads and cross-selling leads from the client base. This resource has primary ownership for the execution and analysis of direct marketing efforts, response rates, qualified lead rates, delivering campaigns on time, and keeping campaigns within budget. This person also will work closely with Marketing and Sales on all aspects of planning and creation of future campaigns. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple programs including timelines and budgets and working with appropriate vendors. The ideal candidate should have the ability to strategize on creative and messaging and also have strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate needs to understand database management and tracking requirements. Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
βΆ Execute and build on current Direct Marketing strategies and programs to increase the quantity and quality of leads across direct marketing programs.
βΆ Work with Sales & Marketing to establish campaign goals, deliver creative guidance, segment definition, schedules and performance metrics
βΆ Manage and own response rates, qualified leads, campaign timeline, and budget of all campaigns.
βΆ Work with internal systems and resources to maximize the tracking and analysis of campaigns through our systems environment
βΆ Analyze direct marketing campaigns and improve overall program effectiveness over time
βΆ Operates under supervision with frequent reviews of work
βΆ Interacts with Marketing
βΆ Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
βΆ 2 + years of marketing experience: minimum 1 years of direct marketing experience
βΆ Bachelor in Marketing or Business required
βΆ Ability to pass a background check.
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
βΆ Fundamentals of direct database marketing strategy, execution, measurement.
βΆ Candidate should be comfortable navigating and configuring marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred).
βΆ Candidate must understand both functional aspects of campaign management and technical administration through sales force automation tool and MS Excel (Salesforce.com preferred).
βΆ Must be able to manage multiple campaigns on tight deadlines. Must have excellent writing skills.
