Job Description: Wells Fargo Customer Value Marketing is responsible for growing the value of the Wells Fargo Home Equity customer portfolio through stimulation of line of credit activation and usage, cross-sell, and customer retention. Wells Fargo Home Equity is in the process of implementing a new profitability segmentation approach, focusing on High Value customers as well as High Potential customers. The Direct Marketing Program Manager 2 will be responsible for executing against robust Potential High Value strategies. Strategies will be focused on customers segments that have the potential of becoming high value and will executed through multiple channels (Direct Mail, Outbound Telemarketing, Online). The Manager establishes and maintains campaign plans and ensures flawless campaign set-up, execution, and reporting. Specific duties include: - Execute against monthly campaigns partner with Database Marketing and the Production teams to ensure flawless execution of programs. - Establish and track campaign milestones -- Develop schedules and track campaign steps; ensure that sufficient information is collected to measure campaign success. - Communication of plans and performance results to key business partners - Building strong relationships within Home Equity Group and across the Wells Fargo enterprise to improve the overall customer experience. - Effectively manage external vendor relationships including direct marketing Agency and internal partner relationships - Tracking, measurement, and analysis of Marketing campaigns as well as manage program/campaign budgets This position will report to the VP, Customer Value Marketing Potential High Value Segment and will work closely with the Customer Management Servicing Liaisons and the CVM Marketing team. This position will also require strong partnerships with Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Management and Branded Customer Experience.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years direct marketing experience preferably in financial services or related industry, home equity a plus - Extensive marketing strategy, planning, and execution experience - Strong strategic skills and highly analytical - Solid experience leveraging customer segmentation to develop marketing strategies/tactics - Effective verbal/written communication skills - Strong collaboration, partnering, and relationship management skills - Strong program/project management skills - Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of programs concurrently - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) - Familiarity with Wells Fargo Marketing and Servicing systems a plus (IDS, Hemisphere, CFocus, etc.) - Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
