Job Description:
This is an entry-level marketing position for which you will be responsible for penetrating the Home Owner Market in 18 states via prospecting (NOT SALES) calls to connect with people that have become victims of the “mortgage meltdown” in order to offer them an opportunity to save their home with our assistance in acquiring low rate refinance loans.
Duties to be Performed :
First you’ll receive a call made by auto-dialer while familiarizing your self with client’s info that appears on the screen. Then you’ll pre-screen the clients you talk to for ones that want our help, and to determine if they would qualify for it, through simple conversation with the aid of scripts & questionnaires (no high pressure sales pitches). Then you would complete your task by transferring the live call to your designated mortgage or real estate sales consultant depending on the client’s level of need, so that the client may receive immediate attention and you can resume taking calls for others in need.
Qualifications of Applicant:
- High School Diploma is preferred
- Applicants with an entrepreneurial mind-set who thus might desire a career in real
estate are preffered
- A pleasant phone voice, personal discipline, willingness to follow
instructions, & the drive to make a difference are required
- Experience in telemarketing, inside/outside sales, or retail sales highly
preferred
- Bi-lingual applicants are highly desired
- Punctual, reliable attendance is required
- Articulate, quick-witted communicators that can think under pressure to
effectively, & professionally rebuttal objections are highly desired
- Ability to actively listen is required
- Ability to work independently &/or under minimal supervision is required
- Basic computer skills are preferred
Work Hours Required :
Part Time = 8am – 12pm or 4pm – 8pm (w/ one 15 min break)
Full Time = 10am – 8pm (w/ two 30 min breaks, & a 1 hr lunch)
Compensation:
Probationary employment (first 90 days)
- $50 for each application taken by your designated mortgage or RE
sales consultant that resulted from a call you made.
- Plus an additional $200 for each application that results in a closed
loan
*Avg. applications/day originated by a Full-time Direct Marketing Representative = 3*
*Avg. closed loans/mo. based on origination of 3 applications/day = 2*
*Avg. yearly income based on origination of 3 applications/day and 3 closed loans/mo. is $43,000*
Regular employment (after 90 days)
- $10/hr, plus $500 for each application that results in closed loan
*NO QUOTAS, but monthly sales goals are to be strived for; & therefore, exceeding them is rewarded with
BONUSES!!
*You will be eligible for a performance review to receive benefits (medical, dental, vision) every 6 months of service;
plus sick pay and 401K after 2yrs of service!!
